The sales consultant works for the builder. Your agent works for you, and in most cases the builder pays our fee, not you. The catch: most builders require your agent to be with you, or registered, on your very first visit. Call us before you walk in.

Some Summerlin neighborhoods sit inside special or local improvement districts that repay the cost of roads and utilities. They show up as an assessment on top of property tax. We look up the exact figure for any home before you write an offer.
Relocating from California
Most open daily from 10 to 6, with later Wednesday starts at Toll Brothers, Pulte and Taylor Morrison. Richmond American and Lennar's Fairview are by appointment. Thursday, Saturday and Sunday are the best days to tour.
